Amato's Winery Amato's Winery is a family owned and operated business specializing in dry, semi-sweet and sweet strawberry wine made from local strawberries. It is the only licensed winery in the parish in several years. At this time, Amato's Winery conducts tours and wine tasting by appointment only. Exit 36 off I-55. Camp Moore Confederate Museum includes numerous artifacts, documents and displays that help explain the Civil War and the importance of Camp Moore and the soldier's life during that time. In the Camp Moore Cemetery, a Southern soldier, holding his long rifle, stands atop a Confederate monument as if standing watch over the graves. Florida Parishes Arena is a multi-purpose facility, designed to host agriculture related activities, horse shows, livestock shows, craft shows, flea markets, car shows, concerts, rodeos, meetings, company picnics and any other event that would be accommodated in an open air arena. The Joyce Swamp is one of the largest uninhabited swamps of Louisiana. The swamp provides hundreds of hours of outdoor recreation to the public each year, including bird watching, nature photography, general nature studies and sportsman's access. Exit 22 off I-55.
