The "Swamp Walk" is a primitive boardwalk into the heart of the Joyce Wildlife Management Area Swamp. The Joyce Swamp is one of the largest uninhabited swamps of Louisiana. The swamp provides hundreds of hours of outdoor recreation to the public each year, including bird watching, nature photography, general nature studies and sportsman's access. Exit 22 off I-55.
